Free Usage Before Purchase

Voiceley offers a free usage quota that allows users to test the service before upgrading to a paid plan. We encourage users to evaluate the platform during this free tier to ensure it meets their needs prior to purchasing a subscription.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

  • Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation unless you choose to re-subscribe.
  • Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.

Refunds

Because access to Voiceley’s services and features is granted immediately upon payment, all payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Verified technical issues that prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Automatic Renewals

All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must cancel it before the renewal date. Failure to cancel before renewal will result in the next billing charge, which is non-refundable.
